Terms and Conditions

www.boxagift.co.uk @Bundle of Joy terms and conditions state the terms of the agreement between us and you. It applies to all purchases by you the customer via our website or by phone. You as the customer must read them carefully. These terms and conditions may change and should be checked again before another purchase.
www.boxagift.co.uk is a website owned, managed and based in Bundle of Joy Nursery Boutique, your receipts and paperwork my therefore be headed with the Bundle of Joy logo and address etc.
Opening Hours

We are available via e-mail, in store, or by phone, 6 days a week during the following hours:
Monday, Tuesday and Friday 9.30 – 5.00
Wednesday 9.30 – 6.00
Thursday 9.30 – 2.30
Saturday 10.00 – 5.00
Please note these hours vary over the Christmas fortnight and bank holiday weekends and very occasionally for miscellaneous reasons such as trade fairs, we post any changes to our normal hours on the website.

Ordering items
Once you have chosen the item/s you wish to order you can order them online 24 hours a day or phone your order during shop opening hours. To order via the website select your items and add them to your shopping cart then complete your details as requested and submit your order. All prices are in UK pounds. All prices include VAT.

Confirming your order
You will receive an e-mail confirming your order. An e-mail will then be sent to you acknowledging that your order is processed and ready for despatch. At this point a binding agreement between us will be established. If the price has changed or there is a problem with delivery costs or availability we will always contact you first to discuss your order.

Payment
Once you place your order the website will ask for your credit/debit card details, these will be processed using a specialist secure payment scheme managed by Sage Pay. 

Delivery and handling
Free first class delivery is available on orders over £50.00.  We will contact you if the delivery time is different from the timescale stated to give you the option to continue with the order or cancel. All delivery times are estimates only and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay.

You must inform us of any shortages/damages to items received within 24 hours of you receiving the goods.

Delivery costs quoted here or on the item page relate to the majority of the UK mainland delivery only, if you require delivery abroad, Ireland, Scottish islands, Scottish highlands, isle of Wight or channel islands, please phone for a quote.
Goods will be delivered between 9.00 and 6.00 Monday to Friday. If your goods are not delivered within 7 days and we have not notified you of any delay please contact the store.

Delivery lead times
Our gift items are normally in stock (we will notify you asap if they are not) and will be despatched the same day if ordered before 12 midday, we will post them first class meaning they should arrive with you in 1-3 working days, if you need to guarantee next day delivery you can choose to pay for this service just prior to adding your payment details in the shopping cart.

Right to withdraw
You have a legal right to withdraw from this agreement but this right ends seven days from when you receive the goods. You may make this decision after your goods have been dispatched or even delivered to you. In this situation to get a refund you must return the goods to the store in the same condition and packaging in which you received them with the receipt, this will have to be done at your own cost and within 7 days of receiving them (there is no need to re gift wrap an item if that is how you received it). Boxagift@ Bundle of Joy will then check the items to ensure they are in the exact condition in which they were sent and only then will arrange for a refund onto the card with which you paid, minus any costs incurred including all delivery charges and gift wrapping requested at the time of purchase. It is your responsibility to obtain proof that the goods have been returned and received by us, usually by proof of postage and tracking by your courier.

Our right to withdraw
The sale will only be binding on us once we have notified you that the goods have been dispatched. This means that if the goods are shown on our website but are not available or are incorrectly priced or otherwise incorrectly described we shall not be obliged to sell you such goods. If an error is found in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order at which time you will be refunded any monies paid.

Warranties/guarantees
At boxagift@ Bundle of Joy we are proud of our excellent customer service, we will happily talk through any problems or concerns you have relating to your product.
All products sold by boxagift@ Bundle of Joy comply with statutory requirements and safety standards. Guarantees start on the day you receive the goods. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your product, we will discuss the problem and arrange for spare parts to be delivered to you or arrange uplift for inspection and repair if necessary, as decided by the manufacturer.  All products returned with a fault will be returned to the manufacturer for inspecition whos decision is final. If the fault is deemed to be a manufacturing fault the company is entitled to repair and only when  this is not possible will a replacement be issued, only when a repair or replacement is not possible will a refund be given. In all cases the warranty will be void if the fault is due to accidental damage, wear and tear or misuse or the guarantee has passed. In this case if the product is to be or has been collected and returned for repair you will need to pay for any repair and transport costs before your goods will be returned to you. This does not affect your consumer statutory rights.

Descriptions
Information relating to items on our website has been placed to the best of our knowledge. Prices, colours and descriptions may change without our prior knowledge by the manufacturer, you will be notified of any changes we are made aware of between you placing an order and receiving the goods, therefore giving you the opportunity to cancel. Some colours can appear differently in brochures and on the internet compared to the actual item. Weights and measurements are approximate.

Data protection
Any information we hold about you will not be passed onto any third party except where it is an essential part of a delivery or manufacturers warranty or as a requirement of the law.
